A typical training session will include a warm up, stretch routine, conditions assessment, goal setting, game planning, and of course, surfing. At least one break is expected per session to review video of waves and implement corrections.
Video reviews are sent either same day or, at the latest, the same week.
I want to help you take surfing as far as you want it to. It's a marathon, not a race.
